Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• Payments are processed online to keep everything secure and easy.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel up to 3 days before class → 95% refund or transfer to another class/course.
• Cancel less than 3 days before class → 50% refund or transfer to another class/course.
• If canceling would bring a group class below the 3-person minimum, I'll work with you to transfer your spot to another class or hold your payment as credit for a future session.
• If you’re not feeling well, just let me know—we can reschedule.

Class Minimums (Group Classes Only)

• A minimum of 3 students is required to run a class.
• If only 2 people register, the cost for 3 can be split between them.
• I’ll determine whether the class makes one week before the class date and notify everyone by email. If you need earlier confirmation, just contact me.

Rescheduling & Substitutions

• For private lessons: you may reschedule for another date or give your spot to a friend.
• For group classes: you may transfer your registration to another class if space is available.

Health & Safety

• Please don’t attend if you’re unwell—we can reschedule.
• The studio is in my home and is not wheelchair accessible.
• Cats live here—please consider this if you’re allergic.
• Children ages 8–14 are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. The registration fee is the same for children and adults.

Timing

• Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Classes will begin on time and won’t be held up for late arrivals.

Weather Policy

• If severe weather forces cancellation, I’ll work with you to reschedule or issue refunds if necessary.

Photography

• A few photos or short videos are welcome (just check with me first if you want to do more than a quick snap).
• If you’d prefer not to appear in social media posts, let me know before class.

Supplies

• All supplies are provided unless noted otherwise.
• You’re welcome to bring your own favorites, though space may be limited in group settings.
• Extra masks and stencils are sometimes available for purchase.

Use of Materials

• Class content, techniques, and materials are for your personal use only—please don’t resell, teach, or share them online.

Studio Notes

• Parking: at the top of the driveway or on the street.
• Refreshments: snacks, coffee, wine (21 and over), and water provided—feel free to bring your own.

Communication

• You’ll receive a confirmation email after registering.
• If I need to cancel, you’ll be notified by email.
